- As a Legal Product Builder, you will sit at the cutting edge of building technology around the practice of law. You will:
- Build AI-powered legal products alongside engineers and product managers: Bring deep legal expertise into the product development process, helping turn complex legal work into scalable, agent driven experiences
- Translate legal judgement into systems: Break down legal processes like contract review and compliance into the decisions, rules, workflows, exceptions, and escalation points an AI agent needs to navigate
- Teach our agents what "good" looks like: develop examples, evaluation criteria, test cases and feedback loops that help our legal agents produce accurate, useful, and trustworthy work.
- Evaluate and improve agent performance. Test against real world scenarios, identify where the reasoning or outputs fall short, diagnose failure modes, and partner with engineers to improve them. Anticipate ambiguity, edge cases, conflicting information and situations requiring human judgement and determine how our products should handle them
- Prototype new legal capabilities: use AI tools directly to experiment with prompts, workflows, and agent behaviour, moving from an idea to a working prototype before or alongside engineering to shape what we build next
- You'll join Law, an AI-native legal services firm that sits at the intersection of legal expertise and cutting-edge technology. The team's philosophy is full ownership — Law doesn't sell tools, it delivers legal and compliance services end to end, from intake to negotiation to execution and reporting. You'll work alongside top AI engineers and legal professionals who are actively reimagining how legal work gets done, from agents that negotiate agreements to document intelligence and extraction tools to a dedicated platform combining agents, workflows, and human lawyers.
