is at a stage where individual ownership matters. We have meaningful customers and market traction, and we are still small enough for each person to shape how the business operates and scales. is headquartered in San Francisco and backed by investors including Y Combinator and a16z.
Our culture is grounded in five core values:
Own the Outcome. Take responsibility for the result, not just the task. Anticipate obstacles, follow through, and close the loop.
Everyone Ships. Turn ideas into useful work. Contribute beyond functional boundaries and help the team make progress.
Seek Truth. Lead with curiosity, evidence, and candor. Surface risks early and pursue the best answer rather than the most convenient one.
ASAP-ASAP. Operate with urgency and sound judgment. Distinguish what needs action now from what can wait, and move decisively.
Design Matters. Care about the quality of the experience. Build systems, communications, and environments that are clear, thoughtful, and durable.
Your work will reflect these principles through accountability, collaboration, commitment to excellence, and the ability to move with urgency while holding a high bar.

Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.
unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, selects the right resource and manages execution through completion.
