6-month fellowship starting in October 2026 focused on talent acquisition in a financial services firm based in Munich.

- End-to-End Recruiting. Own parts of the full recruiting cycle - from crafting job profiles and posting ads to supporting screening, structured interviews, and onboarding. You touch every stage.
- Active Sourcing. Help build and run sourcing across LinkedIn and beyond. Find candidates who aren't looking. Learn what a real sourcing engine feels like from the inside.
- Graduate Recruitment. Help open doors to top universities. Build relationships with emerging talent.
- Ambassador. You are one of the first faces candidates see. Represent our values, energy, and ambition. Make it count.
- Employer Branding. Support 's presence in the market - career events, university outreach, social media. Shape how the world sees us.
Требования
- Currently studying or graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Minimum 4th Bachelor semester.
- Relevant Experience. You have gained initial exposure to recruitment or HR through internships, working student roles, student initiatives, or comparable experiences.
- Recruiting is selling. Prove you could sell sand in a desert.
- Analytical Skills. Data-driven by default. Use metrics to optimize, not just report.
- Language Proficiency. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
