Looking for a data-driven, commercially focused Marketing Analyst to derive actionable insights from marketing data to optimize decision-making and growth across the partner's conversion funnel, working fully remotely with preference for Cyprus-based candidates.
Responsibilities
- Build, automate, and maintain core marketing reports and dashboards (FTDs, CAC, LTV, ROAS, campaign performance)
- Conduct deep-dive funnel & customer cohort analyses to monitor retention and trader behavior
- Bridge marketing analytics with commercial metrics (deposits, trading volumes, NGR/GGR) to evaluate profitability
- Surface actionable trends and provide data-backed recommendations to optimize ad budgets and commercial results
Requirements
- Strong background in marketing analytics and commercial data analysis in Forex, CFD Brokerage, FinTech, or iGaming
- Advanced command of Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase)
- Familiarity with web/mobile analytics and attribution platforms
- Strong commercial acumen to translate complex data into concise, strategic recommendations
- Based in Cyprus (preferred) or holding valid Cyprus work authorization
