About the product
- We are looking for a hands-on Payments Product Manager / Product Owner to drive the development of our payment infrastructure and digital asset integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end payments product roadmap, prioritizing features that directly improve settlement speed, transaction success rates, and user experience.
- Design and refine core payment flows: virtual IBAN generation, cross-border SEPA/SWIFT routing, payment gateway integrations, and fiat-to-crypto rails.
- Write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering to deliver feature releases on time.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams to make sure all product flows meet CySEC, CBC, and broader EU regulatory standards from day one.
- Partner with banking partners, liquidity providers, and payment processors to expand our routing options and optimize processing costs.
- Track product metrics (conversion rates, processing speeds, failure reasons) and make data-backed decisions on what to build next.
Requirements
- Must hold valid, unrestricted legal authorization to work in Cyprus / EU.
- 3+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Lead in a fintech, EMI, bank, or payment gateway (PSP).
- Hands-on understanding of SEPA (Instant), SWIFT, virtual IBAN architectures, and correspondent banking.
- Exposure to crypto payments or digital asset rails is a major plus.
- You care about product delivery and system reliability, not just writing high-level slide decks.
- Excellent written and spoken English. You can easily translate complex regulatory/financial mechanics into clear technical tasks.
