- The Maintenance Technician, Mechanical supports safe, reliable operation of our process and utility equipment at Lithium One in Joaquin, TX. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, conveyors, blowers, compressors, and other rotating equipment, then respond to unplanned breakdowns and trace problems to the root cause. You will play a critical role in keeping production steady and downtime low, and you will have a real hand in building our maintenance program from the ground up, including finding ways to simplify or automate repetitive maintenance tasks. As a startup, the first 6-8 months will include work beyond your mechanical specialty, such as electrical and instrumentation support, so the ideal fit is someone who loves variety and wants to build something.
