Responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and testing electrical, control, communication, and measurement equipment to support safe and reliable operations at a minerals company.
О компании
- Mariana Minerals is a software-first, vertically integrated minerals company on a mission to supply the critical minerals powering modern energy, AI, and defense technologies. We’re reimagining the minerals supply chain by combining deep industry expertise with advanced software, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- The Maintenance Technician (Electrical) supports safe, reliable operation of the electrical, control, and instrumentation systems at Lithium One in Joaquin, TX. In this role, you will install, test, and maintain motors, switchgear, breakers, and motor control centers, then troubleshoot PLCs, relay systems, and instrumentation when something goes wrong. You will play a critical role in keeping production steady and downtime low, and you will have a real hand in building our maintenance program from the ground up, including finding ways to simplify or automate repetitive maintenance tasks. As a startup, the first 6-8 months will include work beyond your electrical specialty, such as mechanical troubleshooting, so the ideal fit is someone who loves variety and wants to build something.
- Everyone Gets Home Safe. We never put speed or cost ahead of people.
- Extreme Ownership. We take full responsibility for outcomes, relentlessly driving toward solutions.
- Engineer Out Requirements, then Automate. We simplify, optimize, and then automate for scale.
- Share Your Legos. We collaborate openly, share knowledge, and empower each other to build bigger, better solutions.
