• ABOUT ROX
• At Rox we believe in empowering people to do their best work.
• Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x'd engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.
• We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world's first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
• Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.
• Underlying all of this success is an unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment to doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.
• THE TEAM
• Nothing is possible without the world-class team assembled to redefine how businesses operate.
• Members of our team have:
• - Founded and exited successful companies
• - Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic
• - Won IMO and IOI gold medals
• - Published field-defining papers
• We're backed by the best, having raised $50M from Sequoia (Alfred Lin), General Catalyst (Hemant Taneja), Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.
• CORE PRINCIPLES
• TASTE: CRAFT BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCES.
• No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done and how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.
• OBSESSION: COMMIT UNREASONABLY.
• In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We are not only immediately reactive to customers' requests but also proactive about driving value before they ask. We are obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and our product every single day.
• ACTION: GET IT DONE.
• Talking is easy, but the difference comes from execution. We lean heavily toward making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and the right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.
• YOUR ROLE
• As a Strategic Account Executive (Australia) at Rox, you'll bring the world's best revenue teams into the age of AI. You'll lead highly consultative, value-driven sales cycles with C-level decision-makers at fast-growing companies and established enterprises across Australia (and broader APAC as aligned).
• Every deal will be different. No rigid scripts. First-principles thinking, deep technical curiosity, and a relentless drive to understand the customer's pain and map Rox's capabilities to their workflows.
• You'll own your own pipeline generation. You'll work closely with Product, Solutions, and leadership to evolve our go-to-market motion while building long-term relationships with forward-thinking GTM teams. This is a founding Australia AE seat (1 to start) as we open the APAC lane.
• If you're a high-agency seller with a technical edge and a builder's mindset, we'd love to talk.
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• - Own the full sales cycle: from qualification to negotiation to close
• - Generate pipeline (outbound-led); do not wait on inbound alone
• - Develop deep understanding of each prospect's revenue workflows and pain points
• - Lead tailored product demos and build compelling value narratives
• - Collaborate with Product and Solutions to shape roadmap and integrations
• - Continuously refine messaging and materials based on what resonates in the field
• - Help shape the Australia / APAC GTM engine at Rox, from process to tooling to playbooks
• - Represent Rox with clarity, energy, and urgency in every interaction
• REQUIREMENTS
• - 4+ years of strategic sales experience closing deals in the $100K–$2M+ range (or strong AUD equivalent)
• - Sold to enterprise buyers in a value-based, consultative sales motion
• - Playbook experience at a Command of the Message or value-selling organization
• - High learning velocity and intellectual curiosity: you dig deep and RTFM
• - Proven ability to operate in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments (teams under ~150 people is a plus)
• - Builder mindset: you run your deals like products
• - Coachable, thoughtful, and obsessed with getting better every week
• - Based in Australia (or willing to relocate); authorized to work in Australia or open to employer-supported work authorization where applicable
• LOCATION / GEO NOTES
