We're hiring an IT Support Engineer responsible for providing L2 support and managing IT infrastructure at the Limassol office.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support company-wide and local IT for the Limassol office.
- Administer GitLab, Google Cloud IAM, and internal tool access.
- Automate recurring manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Manage macOS and Windows fleet compliance, office network, and AV systems.
- Oversee Jira and Confluence administration and integrations.
Requirements
- 4+ years in IT support/system administration; 2+ years L2 experience.
- Proficiency in Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Intune.
- Strong networking knowledge (routing, switching, firewall).
- Experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Russian language skills and hands-on Fortinet experience.
- Scripting for automation (Bash, Python, Google Apps Script).
- Experience with AI tooling integration in support workflows.
