paytech is a fast-growing fintech company in Limassol seeking a Customer Support Specialist (L2) to resolve complex technical issues in payments and fintech.

Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer technical issues end-to-end, providing clear updates throughout the process;
- Troubleshoot advanced product, system, and integration problems using logs, transaction data, and system analysis;
- Reproduce reported issues in test environments and escalate bugs to Engineering;
- Assist with internal testing of new features, AI, and releases;
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base;
- Support and mentor junior agents.
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required); Russian (native or fluent) is a plus;
- 1+ years of experience in a B2B support role within fintech, payments, or a similar technical environment;
- Strong understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL/database queries;
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users;
- Strong team collaboration skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
