Responsibilities
- Perform manual Frontend and Backend testing of web applications, websites, and browser extensions.
- Test APIs and Backend logic in Postman, including positive and negative scenarios, integrations, data validation, and error handling.
- Use AI agent systems across the testing process: requirements analysis, test design, test execution, and defect investigation.
- Perform functional, integration, regression and exploratory testing.
- Analyze requirements and contribute to test planning and test coverage.
- Use JavaScript for QA tasks, analysis and working with test scenarios.
- Investigate defects, write clear bug reports, verify fixes and participate in root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Frontend and Backend developers, Team Leads and Product Managers to maintain high product quality.
- Improve QA processes with AI-assisted workflows and modern testing approaches.
- Help improve test coverage, observability and overall QA efficiency.
- Ability to test native mobile applications on Android and iOS when required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial QA experience with strong focus on manual testing of Frontend and Backend.
- Experience testing native mobile applications on Android and iOS.
- Solid hands-on experience with Backend testing, including APIs, integrations, business logic, error handling and edge cases.
- Strong practical knowledge of Postman for API testing.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript applicable to QA tasks.
- Experience using AI agent systems and AI-assisted workflows for software testing.
- Experience testing browser extensions.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression and exploratory testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles with practical application.
- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation.
- Confident use of Chrome DevTools, Figma, project management tools, and test management platforms.
- Experience working with developers, Team Leads and Product Managers.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex systems.
- A proactive mindset focused on product quality and observability.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a recognized QA training program.
- Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking.
Nice to have
- Experience with Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript test automation.
- Experience with other test automation frameworks.
- Experience using AI coding assistants for test automation or QA tasks.
- Experience building AI agents or AI-powered workflows.
- Knowledge of TypeScript or other programming languages.
- Experience testing WordPress-based applications.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
