IT Business Analyst role at zehnmind.ai in Tashkent focusing on discovery, process mapping, and AI solution design for client organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery on-site with client executives, process owners and subject-matter experts through interviews, observation and workshops.
- Map organizational structure, processes and subprocesses, review existing systems and data, and identify root causes of business problems.
- Decide where AI and automation make sense, design tailored solutions, and confirm feasibility with Technical Team Leads.
- Write PRDs, BRDs and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, create workflows, wireframes and process maps, and present findings and proposals to client executives and leadership.
- Hand over the full package to Project Managers, Product Managers and tech team, and remain involved as the business expert during delivery.
- Build templates and checklists to expedite new project starts.
Requirements
- 4+ years in business or systems analysis in IT with direct client stakeholder engagement.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Led at least one project from discovery to delivery with senior client stakeholders.
- Participated in at least one digital transformation project involving new systems or automation.
- Skilled at interviewing stakeholders and running workshops, process modeling, and writing PRDs, BRDs and User Stories.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies and their appropriate application.
- Experience with Jira, Trello or similar tools.
- Technical understanding of software delivery, APIs, databases, integrations and system architecture.
- Practical understanding of AI capabilities and data quality considerations for use cases.
- Fluent Uzbek, confident Russian and English.
- Ability to present well to executives and explain technical topics to business people and business needs to developers.
- Comfortable leading in unfamiliar organizations.
