Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a GTM Engineer
- Strong understanding of GTM systems, automation, and growth infrastructure
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools
- Ability to build and automate lead generation and prospecting workflows
- Experience with data enrichment, lead scraping, segmentation, and qualification
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, outreach automation, and sales workflows
- Ability to integrate different tools and platforms to create efficient GTM workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to experiment, optimize, and continuously improve GTM systems
