Experienced Senior Project Manager role to support a large-scale Finance Transformation Program in a leading organization, focusing on complex enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple project workstreams from planning through execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographically dispersed locations.
- Drive successful transitions, integrations, and delivery of target operating model initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, business cases, assessments, communication plans, and executive presentations
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support executive decision-making through analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations
- Ensure project governance, controls, compliance, and change management processes are followed
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, integration, or change management initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
- Proven ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight
- Strong risk management, governance, and project controls experience.
