Build and manage sales pipeline, engage with financial and professional-services clients, and close deals to support the company's growth.

Build your own pipeline by identifying target accounts and reaching decision-makers.
Start compelling conversations with investment banks, private-equity firms, consulting firms, and other professional-services businesses.
Run discovery, understand customer needs, and work with the founders to develop proposals and close business.
Explain a complex offering clearly and connect it to tangible business outcomes.
Test messaging and outreach approaches, then document what works.
Own follow-through: keep opportunities moving and maintain a disciplined pipeline.

Experience generating outbound pipeline and moving prospects toward a sale.
Evidence of results: quota attainment, self-sourced opportunities, new customers, or closed revenue.
Strong phone skills—you can earn attention, ask thoughtful questions, handle objections, and secure a next step.
Clear, professional communication with demanding business buyers.
Comfort working without an established playbook, while bringing structure to your own work.
A genuine desire to sell. You’re excited about prospecting and winning customers, not using sales as a stepping stone into strategy or product.

We help financial institutions and professional-services firms solve complex problems through technology-enabled services. We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to help turn founder-led selling into a repeatable sales process.
You’ll work directly with the founders to find the right customers, open doors, and move opportunities from first conversation to signed agreement. You’ll also help shape our messaging, targeting, and sales process based on what you learn in the market.
This is a hands-on sales role. Cold calling, personalized email, and LinkedIn outreach will be central to your week—not something you hand off to an SDR team.
Full-cycle AE work where you generated a meaningful share of your own demand.
Selling to investment firms, banks, consulting firms, or other professional-services buyers.
Consultative sales involving services, research, data, or tailored solutions.
Building a business, launching a territory, or being an early sales hire.
Using AI tools to improve prospect research, personalization, and sales execution.
You’ll have direct access to the founders, ownership of customer relationships, and a meaningful say in how we sell. Your conversations will help shape how we position the offering and which markets we pursue.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build—and who understands that building a sales function starts with picking up the phone.
