- We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support to our US employees. You'll own the day-to-day work: solving technical issues, onboarding and offboarding employees, managing hardware, and keeping our offices running smoothly. You'll be part of a global IT team that works across the US and APAC.
- This role goes beyond working a ticket queue. Our core IT systems are cloud-based platforms for identity, device management, and service delivery, and the whole company depends on them. You'll help administer, improve, and automate them. If you want to grow toward systems administration and help shape how IT scales as we grow, this is the place to do it.

- Travel to our other West Coast offices as needed (estimated [10–15]% of the time)

- Occasional after-hours work for scheduled maintenance, urgent offboardings, or critical issues
- Regularly lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs (monitors, laptops, AV gear), with or without reasonable accommodation
- Move around the office throughout the day to set up desks, conference rooms, and hardware
- Compensation: $40-50/hr
