Обязанности
- Konrad is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to drive the seamless execution and delivery of our digital and AI solutions. You've successfully managed cross-functional project teams of designers, developers, and strategists through complex technical builds and high-impact digital products, from inception to launch. Working with senior leadership and client partners, you'll own execution quality, process optimization, resource allocation, and timeline accountability across a portfolio of digital and AI engagements.
- Manage the end-to-end execution and technical delivery of digital and AI initiatives, taking ownership of timelines, scope, resources, and budgets
- Lead daily delivery cadence across cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams to maintain momentum and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Partner closely with client teams and product owners to establish clear delivery roadmaps, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting
- Proactively identify execution risks, technical bottlenecks, and scope shifts, implementing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery
- Optimize agile delivery frameworks, governance models, and team workflows to maximize quality and velocity across complex projects
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement in team performance
- Drive delivery quality standards, ensuring client solutions meet technical, design, and performance requirements
- Collaborate with consulting leadership to manage team capacity and plan resource allocation for upcoming project phases
- Integrate modern AI tools and automated delivery practices into team workflows to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency
- Mentor Digital team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous learning
Требования
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, delivery management, or agile program leadership within a digital consulting or product environment
- Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end digital and AI product deliveries across multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile/scrum methodologies, and modern technical architectures, including AI/ML integrations
- Exceptional organizational, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational rigor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical delivery plans to both business and engineering stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-project portfolios, resourcing plans, and budget tracking simultaneously
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience serving as a trusted delivery partner for client stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience refining team workflows, metrics, and quality assurance processes
- Mentoring and team developing experience

- The estimated compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
