- Rapid growth, expanding fintech partnerships, and evolving EU regulatory frameworks (AMLR) make Business KYC one of the bank’s most strategic priorities. As Senior Product Owner for BKYC domain, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our business onboarding and periodic review platforms. You will partner closely with engineering, compliance, and commercial stakeholders to automate manual workflows, reduce processing times, and build scalable systems that unlock business growth while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. You’ll serve as the dedicated leader for our BKYC engineering team, setting clear priorities and driving product excellence from day one.
- While this role focuses on BKYC, strong product owners from adjacent domains - such as retail KYC, CDD, AML, or broader financial crime prevention - are highly encouraged to apply. What matters most is your ability to untangle complex business structures (like corporate hierarchies, cross-border entities, and screening workflows) and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Take full ownership of a product sub-domain, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Together with the Engineering counterparts form the leadership team for the domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, clearly communicating product visions, strategies, and updates.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of product roadmaps, setting clear priorities and milestones.
- Implement and refine agile methodologies within the development team to enhance productivity and delivery quality.
- Drive the development of solutions that meet market needs and user expectations, staying ahead of industry trends and applying creative thinking to solve problems.
- You participate in the proactive identification, management, and mitigation of risks and findings within your product domain, aligning with Solaris' compliance and policy standards.
