HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across Europe and improve internal people processes for a power bank sharing company with a mobile product.
About the company
- BUZZ is a power bank sharing company combining a physical network of charging stations with a mobile product.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across commercial, sales and operational roles
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities and direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership throughout the hiring process
- Improve candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives
- Own and improve onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes
- Help structure HR workflows, policies, templates and internal processes
- Work with ATS/HR systems and maintain recruitment and HR data
- Support the team with day-to-day People Operations topics
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR or People Operations
- Strong proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruitment skills
- Experience hiring across European markets
- Experience hiring Sales, Commercial or Operations roles is a strong plus
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong English, B2+ minimum
- Spanish, French or Italian would be a plus
- A builder mindset and willingness to create and improve processes rather than only follow existing ones
