Sacrill is an international EdTech company focused on health and conscious living, seeking an SMM Manager to grow their Instagram audience and develop influencer marketing for their large established platform.

- Creating online courses focused on physical health, movement, mental well-being, and longevity for audiences in the US, UK, and Europe.
- 600+ courses, a strong Instagram audience of several hundred thousand, and a creative marketing team.
- Has an existing pool of UGC creators and models.

- Instagram is a key growth channel with a large existing audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow Instagram and short-form content.
- Create and test Reels and other formats with viral potential.
- Identify trends and turn them into repeatable content formats.
- Build and develop influencer marketing: find creators, negotiate collaborations, launch integrations, and analyze results.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to turn ideas into content.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, production, and testing.
- Track content performance and scale what works.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SMM, preferably with an international, English-speaking, or large-scale brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content.
- Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Strong portfolio with successful content cases; 1M+ Reel views is a big plus.
- Good understanding of engaging, shareable, and potentially viral content.
- Ability to combine creativity with data and performance metrics.
- English level B2+.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI and new content tools.
- Candidates based in Russia or Belarus will not be considered.
