- Hands-on with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools
- Familiarity with prospecting/enrichment tools like Apollo
- Practical use of AI/LLM tools for workflow automation
- Understanding of account/lead scoring and B2B sales funnel
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
