Manage international technical programs ensuring timely delivery and execution of initiatives.

Keep every initiative in the portfolio on plan, tracking status, blockers, spend and dates.
Run the routine program syncs and the monthly portfolio review for CorpTech International leadership.
Own the schedule for each new site build or expansion, managing dependencies to keep us on track.

Be the front door for requests from local leadership, 's business lines and our own teams, and keep them briefed on the initiatives they depend on with short written updates.

Partner with teams across , including Strategic Real Estate, Business Operations, Finance, Security and Trade Compliance.
Use your expertise and judgement to help design how we run programs: templates, metrics, reporting and retrospectives that make each new market quicker to stand up than the last one.
Bring the same discipline to our internal initiatives, such as capability development, planning cycles and leadership reviews.
