Responsible for building and leading the growth marketing team to drive acquisition of small teams for 's AI platform.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between technology and adoption. We build a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps companies put AI to work across their entire organisation. From chat and agents to integrations, workflows, and our API, we give teams the tools to augment and automate their work.
We apply the same ambition internally. We want to be the most productive company in the world, and that means continuously improving how we work, not simply adding more people to existing processes.
Calm urgency. We move fast without chaos. We stay calm, fix what matters, and avoid unnecessary noise. We focus on solutions rather than complaints and make sure sleep, health, and sports keep our decision-making sharp.
Ambitious execution. We love building fast and with ownership. We aim to be the most productive company in the world. Learning, shipping, and improving bring us joy. Everyone is expected to ask questions, take initiative, and deliver reliably.
Caring ownership. We care deeply: about each other, customers, and the world around us. We act with empathy, sincerity, and long-term thinking. And we have fun along the way while spending time in the office together.

Thousands of small teams already pay for . They found us on their own, without any marketing aimed at them and without a single euro spent on ads. We are building a dedicated growth team to turn that into a deliberate engine, and you will be the person who brings those teams in.
You decide where our acquisition time and money go: the website, comparison pages, organic search, paid, partnerships, and whatever we haven't tried yet. You run it yourself, and you're accountable for the results.
This is a builder role. You and our growth engineer decide what to build. You run the experiment, read the data, and decide what to scale or kill.
You'll join a small growth team that reports directly to our co-CEO, Lennard:
a growth engineer who builds the product side of experiments
a growth activation lead who turns new signups into active users
Own the self-serve funnel. From first visit to paying team: the website, signup, pricing, and converting free users into paying ones.
Run experiments. Paid, organic, partnerships, new markets. Set budgets and kill criteria before spending, and judge results.
Write the copy. Landing pages, comparison pages, ad variants, in-product messages. You build drafts for everything you test; our growth engineer translates them into production.

You are a heavy user of AI in your daily work, with opinions on what works and what does not. We are looking for people who are already compounding their output with AI.
You have owned acquisition across channels. You have been accountable for a full acquisition number, and you can talk about the numbers.
You're hands-on, with depth and range. You're an expert in at least one channel, capable across the rest, and happy to do the work yourself.
You are close to the product. You can understand a platform like ours well enough to explain it to small teams, and you work well with engineers.
You are experiments-driven and comfortable with data. Cohorts, CAC and payback are familiar ground, and you pull your own numbers.
You are a kind person who cares about the people around you.
Nice to have: experience at a product-led company that later added enterprise sales, localised go-to-market in European markets.
Localisation is an important part of the job. You have run campaigns in more than one market, and you are comfortable adapting messaging and pages for a new language.

All roles include equity. We will figure out the right level together based on your experience and scope. Levels are about the work you own, not your title or years of experience. We narrow down the expected salary range early in the process.

exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their employees open to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows, helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.
We work from our office in Berlin, Greifswalder Strasse 212. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually know each other.
Days start at 8:30. Lunch and dinner are catered in the office. We run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves. Health is not separate from work here, it is part of how we work well.
The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter.
We would love to see two short examples: one channel you built or scaled, and one experiment you ran that changed a conversion rate. Tell us what you owned, the numbers, and what you would do differently. That counts for more than your CV.
