- Our Vision: Unlock Healthcare's Full Capacity
- Health systems still run critical operations like staffing, labor planning, and capacity on spreadsheets, phone calls, and guesswork.
- is building the AI operating system for how health systems manage labor and capacity. The impact is real: we save hospitals millions in unnecessary labor spend, give clinical leaders back 10–20 hours every week, and are often the reason staff and leaders stay.
- We’re trusted by leading health systems across the country and have raised more than $32M from top healthcare and technology investors, including our own customers.
- We hire and grow everyone against the same four values. Each one comes from a real story - interview with us to hear them!
- 🚗 Push the Car. Step in regardless of role. We help wherever we're needed, own problems end to end, and don't stay in our lane. People can count on us.
- 🏥 Premier 1K. We show up for our customers, always. Nearly everyone visits a customer site in their first month, and customer feedback informs everything we do.
- 🗣️ Run Towards the Ugly. Name the ugliest truth first, then propose the fix. Candor over comfort — we call out what's broken, and never get complacent. This shapes our craft.
- 💡 Think Bigger Fridays. See the gap, fill it — no permission required. Every decision is an experiment: we run it, let the results decide, and drive real impact from day one.
- Our customers operate complex technology environments spanning workforce management, HR, payroll, EHRs, identity, security, and other enterprise systems. As takes on larger health systems and expands what our platform can do, the technical complexity of selling, deploying, and supporting our product grows with it.
- Enterprise Solutions exists to make that complexity scalable. The function bridges Growth and Post-Sales — ensuring we understand what's technically possible before we sell it, customers are technically ready to go live, and the hardest problems we encounter become repeatable solutions the broader team can own. Done well, Enterprise Solutions helps us activate revenue faster, make deployments more predictable, and scale to increasingly complex customers without scaling technical support linearly.
Обязанности
- You'll be the first Enterprise Solutions hire at and help define what this function becomes as our customer base and Post-Sales organization grow.
- You'll be our technical subject matter expert across the customer lifecycle: solutioning complex enterprise deals, partnering with Deployments on our hardest implementations, and stepping into technical challenges after go-live when deeper expertise is required.
- Success means fewer deployments delayed by technical readiness, tighter alignment between what Growth sells and what Post-Sales can deliver, and a team that becomes increasingly technically self-sufficient because the hardest problems you solve become playbooks, tools, and repeatable capabilities.
- Own technical solutioning across the customer lifecycle. Bridge Growth and Post-Sales so what we sell can be successfully deployed and supported, carrying critical technical context from pre-signature discovery through implementation and post-launch.
- Solution complex enterprise deals. Partner with Growth to lead technical discovery and deep dives with hospital IT leadership, ensuring architecture, integration requirements, limitations, dependencies, and customer responsibilities are understood before commitments are made. Help solution net-new integrations and technical workflows as our customers' needs evolve.
- Build technical leverage across . Equip Growth, Deployments, Support, and Customer Success with the knowledge, documentation, training, and tools to independently handle increasingly complex technical workflows and customer conversations.
- Partner with Deployments to drive technical readiness. Establish the standards for technical discovery, integration setup, configuration, testing, and validation. Step into complex deployments where needed while enabling Deployment Strategists to independently own increasingly sophisticated technical workstreams.
- Become an expert on our enterprise ecosystem. Develop deep expertise across 's product and architecture as well as the WFM, HRIS, payroll, EHR, and other systems we integrate with. Maintain a clear understanding of what we can support, how, and where limitations exist.
- Turn customer requirements into product signal. Identify recurring technical requirements and blockers across our pipeline and customer base. Partner with Product and Engineering to determine when the answer is better enablement, a new integration, or a scalable platform capability.
Требования
- You know complex enterprise systems. You have deep experience with ERP, WFM, HRIS, payroll, or adjacent enterprise platforms and understand APIs, data flows, integration architecture, middleware, SSO, and the complexity of connecting mission-critical systems.
- You can lead technical solution-ing with enterprise customers. You've turned ambiguous requirements into solutions across complex customer environments and are comfortable leading CIO organizations, enterprise architects, integration teams, security teams, and HRIS leaders from pre-sales through implementation and escalation.
- You create leverage, not dependency. Your instinct after solving a difficult problem is to turn the solution into something others can repeat.
- You know when Engineering is needed — and when it isn't. You can distinguish implementation issues, configuration problems, integration limitations, and true product gaps.
- You can bridge GTM and Post-Sales. You know how to advance a complex enterprise deal without creating promises the delivery team can't keep, creating clarity around what's possible, what's required, and what needs to be true for a successful deployment.
- You're a strong partner to Product and Engineering. You can translate messy customer requirements into clear technical problems, identify patterns across customers, and distinguish one-off complexity from capabilities worth building into the platform.
- Health system experience is a major plus. Experience working with health system IT environments, clinical systems, workforce operations, EHRs, or healthcare interoperability will help you ramp quickly and understand the complexity our customers operate within.
- Ability to travel. You’re excited to spend 40–50% of your time onsite with our customers, learning firsthand how they work and understanding their needs.
