Другое
- We're looking for a customer-oriented, detail-driven Systems Support Engineer to join our IT team in Amsterdam, someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is just as comfortable writing up a clear report as fixing the issue itself. You'll be the first point of contact for anyone who needs technical issues resolved, covering a wide range of problems across different software and infrastructure.
- Strong documentation skills matter just as much as technical ones. You can turn data into clear reports, not just someone who's good with hardware. You'll have real room to bring ideas forward and run with them yourself once approved.
- This is an on-site role, working closely with colleagues and equipment daily, with strong team spirit and plenty of room to learn and grow.
- We welcome applicants who are already eligible to work in the Netherlands, including those with existing work authorization. Please note, we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship or relocation support.
- As the first point of contact in Amsterdam, you'll prioritize, investigate, and troubleshoot 1st & 2nd line cases during Amsterdam office hours, with the Bangalore team covering their part of the day and supporting where they can. At times, especially when Bangalore is short-staffed, you'll be comfortable covering all incoming requests yourself.
- You'll make sure every interaction, whether in person, by chat, or by ticket, meets a high standard of service. Staying responsive, clear, and solution-focused, even under pressure, is part of the job.
- You'll manage IT equipment (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and software according to company policy, organize maintenance automation for workstations and office equipment, and help maintain system standards. You'll also work with external suppliers to keep service delivery cost-effective, and ensure meeting room technology (Zoom Rooms, Google Meet) is reliable and fully operational.
- Got an idea to improve something? Bring it forward. You'll put together a simple timeline, sketch the architecture, and document it for approval, thinking through the security side and the cost benefit case: ideas that cut costs or boost productivity get priority. If it holds up and gets the green light, you'll carry it out yourself, and if you need extra hands, your team lead will help line up support.
- You'll work with VPN, IPsec, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/s, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Group Policies, with a basic understanding of SCCM, virtualization, IT security policies, and general IT security practices.
- You'll keep our knowledge base current, gather data and write up recurring issues as useful reports, and help coach peers using the documentation you build. You'll work closely with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders across Amsterdam and Bangalore, and apply security best practices as a normal part of the job.
- Working in a Fast-Paced Environment Priorities shift quickly and no two days look the same. You're comfortable adapting on the fly, juggling multiple requests, and staying level-headed when things get hectic.
- 🕒 Enjoy the flexibility and life balance of hybrid work where each team aligns on their minimum number of days in office to foster collaboration and meet the team's needs.
- 🏖️ Possibility to work up to 90 days from abroad (depending on your job function)
- ✈️ 31,5 days of paid leave, so plenty of time to enjoy your travels!
- 👥 Flat hierarchy where your voice can be heard, welcomed and appreciated at all levels in the organization - where people can thrive, be creative and ultimately build their own legacy within the company.
- 🌍 A diverse and multicultural working environment. Our global team has over 50 different nationalities and we embrace everyone’s authenticity.
- 🤝 A company-sponsored volunteer day, dedicated to giving back to our community and making a positive impact together
- 🎓We have proven to grow people internally and we offer many internal development courses to keep on learning and growing.
- 🧠 Well-being support with free, confidential access to OpenUp’s psychologists, self-help tools, and masterclasses.
- 🎁Amazing benefits, such as covered commuting costs, ClassPass subscription/membership and a lease bike plan.
- 📍Discover our Bijlmer Arena office in Amsterdam, surrounded by the city's second-largest shopping area, a vibrant cultural scene, diverse lunch options, and just one easy connection away from Amsterdam Central Station. Office amenities include car parking, secure bike storage, a pool table and more.
- 🍎🍺Free fruit, healthy snacks, team drinks and company events.
- If you share the same values as we do, you are just as passionate and ready to build your own legacy, we would love to hear from you!
