Rooh Co. is a dynamic team creating mobile and web applications in Lifestyle, Health, and Utilities niches focused on the global market, especially the USA. The UA Manager will run and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, analyze data, and plan budgets.

Обязанности
- Launch, manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google UAC.
- Work with hypotheses for optimizations, locales, offers.
- Test creatives.
- Analyze funnel: from first interaction to paying customer (CPA, LTV, ROAS).
- Set tasks for creatives production: analyze effectiveness by Hook Rate, CR, Retention.
- Maintain reporting in Mixpanel / Google Sheets: prepare weekly reports.
- Participate in budget planning and allocation across channels.
Требования
- 1–2.5+ years in paid UA for mobile apps or web funnels.
- Independent management of Meta and/or TikTok ad accounts.
- Understanding of unit economics: CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period.
- Ability to read analytics and draw conclusions, not just pull metrics.
Будет плюсом
- Experience with Health & Wellness, Lifestyle or Productivity apps.
- Experience with web-to-app and web funnels.
- Basic understanding of subscription monetization models.
- Experience creating technical specifications for motion and static creatives.
- Ability to work independently with Mixpanel / Amplitude.
- English level B1+ or higher for reading reports, ad interfaces, and communication with partners.
