We are looking for an Audio Editor for our video production team to elevate our post-production pipeline on a Pay-Per-Project basis at INFOMEDIJI, a company building the next generation of Spatial Media with the DeoVR immersive streaming technology.
About the company
- We are building the next generation of Spatial Media — a new way people experience videos through interaction, multi-user presence, haptics, AI, and immersive storytelling.
- DeoVR is the leading immersive streaming technology serving multiple enterprise customers and millions of users globally.
- We are now expanding the boundaries of what video can be — moving from passive watching to active, interactive, multi-user journeys.
About the product
- DeoVR is an immersive streaming platform focused on interactive VR video experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform precise audio restoration using advanced tools to eliminate background noise, room reverb, wind, clothing rustle, hums, clicks, and unwanted ambient sounds.
- Edit, cut, and trim audio tracks to remove unwanted spoken lines, awkward pauses, off-script phrases, or overlapping dialogue smoothly.
- Deliver clean, naturally sounding audio without audio artifacts, phase issues, or robotic noise-reduction tones.
- Balance output levels, apply basic dynamics/EQ, and deliver production-ready audio master files.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in audio editing and restoration for video post-production (YouTube, podcasts, interviews, TV, etc.).
- Proficiency in dedicated audio restoration software.
- A portfolio showing your work: before and after samples of audio restoration, direct links to dialogue-heavy video projects.
- Uncompromising attention to audio detail, sharp ears, and ability to work efficiently under project deadlines.
- Working English for internal collaboration with a global team.
- Experience working on fast-paced, high-volume video production pipelines.
Conditions
- This is a fully remote contract role.
- B2B cooperation only — you will work as an independent contractor operating through your own legal business entity (e.g., sole proprietorship, limited company, or equivalent).
- Flexible working hours and remote-first culture.
- Access to all tools and tech you need.
- Unlimited DeoVR Premium.
- A team that values initiative, clarity, and collaboration.
- A work environment where ideas matter and people are treated with respect.
