We are looking for a strong Decision Support professional to join our team at in Egypt, reporting to the Head of Talent Management. The role involves establishing reporting and analysis processes, developing dashboards, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Establish robust reporting and analysis processes, including dashboards across the organization.
- Develop daily dashboards covering branch, area, and consolidated performance.
- Prepare performance management reports and track KPIs.
- Highlight performance strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with transformation teams on automation projects.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in a sophisticated business environment.
- Experience working across diverse business verticals and business units within the same organization.
- Strong ability to handle multiple data sources, interfaces, big data, and data conversion.
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and performance analysis capabilities.
