- 's Creative team is seeking a Manager of Creative Operations to own end-to-end project management across all of 's physical spaces with Visual Merchandising as a core focus of the role. Beyond VM, this person will also support broader print production workstreams in partnership with Brand Design — including retail signage, OOH, postcards, press releases, vouchers, and other deliverables supporting marketing and retail tactics. This role is responsible for intake, validation, and prioritization of creative requests, maintenance of an always-accurate job tracking system, development of project and campaign schedules, creative resource management, and trafficking/release of final artwork. You will set your Creative partners up for success on a per-project basis and see those projects through to completion, working directly with the Wholesale team and external vendors/manufacturing partners. This role reports directly to the Director of Creative Operations.
