Обязанности
- Work directly with the founders across GTM, product, and operations.
- Your job is simple: identify what is slowing the company down and fix it.
- This is a hands-on role. You might:
- Build a target account list and launch an outbound campaign
- Join customer calls and turn feedback into product requirements
- Research a market, evaluate an opportunity, or prepare a pitch
- Research a trade show to attend and work out all the logistics of attending
- Fix a broken internal process or build an AI workflow to automate it
- Own projects that matter but do not yet have a dedicated owner

- Trajectory. This is a chance to join the founding team and take on a lot of responsibility as the company grows.
- Impact. You'll work on the company's highest-leverage problems directly with the founders.
- Growth. There is no artificial ceiling on your responsibility. Bite off as much as you can chew.
- Equity. You'll play a key role in what we build and get a meaningful share in the upside.
- AI-first. You'll have an unlimited token budget. We're probably among the top 1% of companies in AI usage per employee. We work today how we think most companies will work years from now.
- The role can grow into Chief of Staff, functional leadership, or ownership of a new business area.

- Technology is no longer the limiting factor for automating knowledge work. Deployment is. A frontier lab ships a capability, and 18 months later a handful of Fortune 500s have it in production and everyone else has a pilot. The gap isn't model quality. It's that deploying AI into a real business means learning a workflow nobody wrote down, integrating with software from 2003, and hitting a reliability bar the model alone doesn't meet.
- closes the deployment gap for industrial operations, as a configurable product, not a consulting engagement. We started with one product: quoting and order entry for industrial distributors. We're live with customers doing billions in revenue, moving thousands of truckloads of material across the U.S. every day. Those customers are already asking us to automate the next five processes.
- We've grown from zero to profitability and are now building the team to go much bigger. We’re in person, in San Francisco.
- Swen (CEO): exited a B2B SaaS in the same industry, ex-BCG, Harvard MS/MBA.
- Jack (CTO): founding engineer at Develop Health (0 → $7m ARR with 5 people), creator of Magentic , Imperial College London.
- Learn the product, customers, and market
- Generate pipeline and support active sales
- Own a customer or product initiative
- Fix at an internal operating problem
- Become someone the founders trust with important, ambiguous work
- Strong communicator. You write and speak clearly and succinctly. You've convinced people of your ideas (or sold things) in the past.
- High agency. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You've probably started a company, organized something from scratch, built a side project, or otherwise created momentum where none existed.
- Execution first. You'd rather pick up the phone and learn something today than spend a week analyzing what might happen. You do whatever moves the needle.
- Technical & AI-native. You use AI to automate your own work. You've probably built automations, written skills, or created small apps with AI. Bonus points if you have a technical degree (physics, mathematics, engineering, …).
- Exceptional ability. We have a very high talent bar. You learn unusually fast, reason from first principles, and have a track record of being exceptionally good at hard things. The specific evidence can vary: academics, work, building something from scratch, competitive achievements - but we expect clear signs of unusual ability.
