The ability to connect commercial commitments with operational reality, including lead times, repair concepts, stock levels, customer expectations and risk.
Experience working across Key Account, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, IT or Export Control.
High data and process discipline, with the judgement to balance urgency, margin, working capital and compliance.
A hands-on, build-oriented leadership style and the ability to establish commercial structure where processes are still evolving.
