Lead media marketing efforts for the onX Fish brand across social, video, audio, and emerging channels.
О компании
- We’re a team of builders, adventurers, and risk takers using technology to help people confidently explore the outdoors. Driven by our mission to awaken the adventurer inside everyone, we build products that optimize every outdoor experience and inspire confidence to get out and go further.
- We’re a high-growth tech company. The pace is fast, the work takes grit, and ambiguity is part of the job. As the world changes around us, we adapt - continuously evolving how we build, prioritize, and deliver.
- Our business moves quickly, and there’s real opportunity to shape what we build next. Each of our verticals - Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish - is at a different stage of maturity, which means the challenges you encounter and the impact you have will vary depending on where you sit and what the business needs most.
- We operate with an experimentation mindset, continually iterating and improving how we solve problems. We expect our people to use the latest tooling, including AI, thoughtfully and responsibly, pairing human judgment with technology to increase quality, speed, and impact.
- Our impact comes to life through the products we build, in the stories of our customers, and in our growing commitment to land stewardship and recreational access.
- The Senior Media Marketing Manager will translate the onX Fish brand and marketing strategy into a distinctive media experience across social, video, audio, and emerging media channels.
- This person will create a clear media and editorial vision for onX Fish—what we talk about, how we show up, whose stories we tell, and why anglers should choose to spend time with us even when they are not actively using the product. They will turn TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, podcasts, and future platforms into a connected media ecosystem that builds relevance, community, and long-term affinity for the brand.
- This is both a strategic and hands-on individual contributor role. The right person can see what the onX Fish media brand should become, translate broader brand, product, audience, and business priorities into a channel and content strategy, and then actively bring it to life. They will establish programming, formats, creative frameworks, talent approaches, and operating rhythms that enable strong work across teams and make onX Fish recognizable wherever anglers encounter us.
- They will also serve as the connective tissue between the national brand and our regional teams—giving Field Reps a strong creative platform while ensuring the people, places, and fishing cultures that make each region distinctive remain at the center of our storytelling. This role reports to the Head of Marketing for Fish.
