Обязанности
- We're looking for a Senior Workplace Manager to own the site and employee experience across our growing network of Spark and colocation data center sites. These are remote workplaces without a coordinator on the ground, so you'll build the standards, systems, and vendor relationships that keep sites running and employees supported without daily physical presence.

Требования
- 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or site operations, spanning multiple locations rather than a single office, and ideally at a fast-growing company
- Experience building a program, standard, or playbook without an established precedent to follow
- Proven experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and landlord or building-management relationships
- Experience managing and developing direct reports, with a focus on accountability and service, including comfort managing a team spread across multiple countries and time zones
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable partnering across People, Construction, Facilities, Operations, IT, and Security
- Comfortable substituting systems and remote monitoring for daily physical presence, with sound judgment on when a problem needs a site visit
- Highly organized and comfortable operating independently, solving problems, and building structure in an environment without established playbooks
- A hands-on operator who takes ownership and is motivated by building something from the ground up
- Willing and able to travel regularly for mobilizations and site visits
