Building AI-driven systems for major enterprises to enhance IT operations at .
Обязанности
- Everything from inception to shipped product. You'll own the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, research, conceptualisation, experimentation, implementation, and iteration. The shape of that work will vary and depend on where you spike - deep backend, forward-facing, genuinely full-stack - but the accountability never does.
- You'll speak to customers, shape product direction, and ship things that matter to some of the biggest companies in the world.

- TL;DR : This is not a regular engineering job. We’re looking for exceptional builders who help us design and ship systems that define how the world’s largest companies operate in the age of AI.
- The world's largest companies are slowed down by the software they run on. We’re building the AI operating system that absorbs IT complexity and unlocks entirely new levels of speed, output, and ambition. We believe this is a generation-defining mission.
- Major enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems, we just closed a $50M+ Series A from top-tier funds, and we're still early enough that what you build here defines the company.
- We're a small, talent-dense team doing our life's work at - we value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. If you bring that same drive, we will make sure this is the place you do yours too.
- We are relentless builders, and we're looking for people who share that obsession with shipping to customers.
- We look for exceptional talent, regardless where you spike. This might be l in engineering fundamentals, agent harness design, product sense, or how AI systems behave and fail. If you spike in one of these you might be a fit. Confident enough to own it, generalist enough to operate across the stack when it counts.
- You'll stand out if you:
- Build with AI natively, not as an afterthought
- Have shipped agentic systems — side projects absolutely count
- Bring strong, pragmatic engineering instincts
- Have sharp product instincts and a drive to solve customers’ problems
- Are obsessed with how AI systems behave, fail, and improve
- Experience level matters less than the quality of your thinking and the evidence of what you've shipped.
- We hire the best to join our team in London, wherever they come from (we sponsor visas!). We’re convinced diverse teams ship better products and especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out.
- Our stack prioritises what matters: shipping to customers— fast —without compromising on quality and engineering.
- Fundamentals are more important to us than familiarity with any technology or tool: if you're strong, we’re sure you'll pick it up fast. Here’s our setup:
- React, Vite, TanStack frontend
- Kotlin backend: Modern and expressive, paired with the maturity, tooling, and depth of the Java ecosystem. Lets us ship fast now without painting ourselves into a corner later.
- Temporal and PortKey: Absorbs infrastructure complexity around durable execution and enterprise-compliant LLM routing, so we can focus on shipping instead.
- Specialised LLM Harness: Built from hard-earned experience to give agents maximum freedom and intelligence without compromising on enterprise control, governance, or reliability.
