Responsible for growing 's customer base among leading AmLaw and global law firms by managing the full sales cycle.

At , we're transforming the world's contracts into actionable intelligence. Every firm has the same AI now. What separates them is institutional intelligence: how the firm has structured deals, priced risk, and navigated markets across every transaction it has closed. It's why a client picks one law firm over another, and why an LP backs one fund over the next. And today, this knowledge sits buried in closed deals and in the heads of the people who worked on them.
brings it to the surface as structured data that AI can act on, empowering companies to generate new revenue and see opportunities no one else can.
The most demanding transactional practices in the world already build on , including deal teams at Ropes & Gray, DLA Piper, Willkie, Fried Frank, and Wilson Sonsini. We proved it in law. Finance and the enterprise face the same problem at even greater scale, and we're going after all of it.
We raised an oversubscribed Series A from investors including Sentinel Global, GTMfund, South Park Commons, Jack Altman, RiverPark Capital, and Recall Capital, and now we're building the team to match our ambition.

We're hiring a Sales Director, Legal to grow 's customer base of the leading AmLaw and global law firms. You'll run the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing, equipped with strong references from ’s customers and a warm pipeline of active opportunities.
This role is based in our New York office, with travel of up to 30%.
Revenue. You run the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed six or seven-figure engagement, working with law firm partners and knowledge management and innovation leaders. You’ll start with both a warm pipeline and target list and make every relationship your own from the first meeting.
The multi-stakeholder sale. A partner wants to win mandates, KM wants data it can trust, and IT and procurement want answers on security. You build the case for each of them and keep the deal moving.
Commercial terms. You agree pilot success criteria and pricing before a pilot starts, then stay on the account with our customer success team until it converts to a paid engagement. You take each deal through security review and contract negotiation to signature.
Account strategy. For every target firm, you’ll map the practice groups, decision makers, and the path in, and build those relationships in person, including at the industry events where you represent .

You've personally sourced and closed six-figure enterprise deals with sophisticated, multi-stakeholder buyers, ideally large law firms. Come with a specific deal: who was in the room, what nearly killed it, and how you got it signed.
7+ years in enterprise sales with a strong record against quota, ideally in legal tech, professional services software, or data and information services sold into law firms.
Relationships with partners and KM or innovation leaders at AmLaw 100 or Magic Circle firms, or a record of building senior relationships in a new market quickly.
You can discuss M&A, debt finance, or real estate work with a transactional partner without a script. A J.D. or experience in a corporate legal practice is a plus.
Nice to have: you've sold a new category at an early-stage company, where the buyer had no pre-existing line item for what you were selling.
