• For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Company, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care.
• What started as a way for GPs to text a patient, has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices and 68% (and growing!) of NHS Trusts.
• Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Company Scribe , our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
• We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be.
• Transformation at Company is made up of experts who work with our NHS clients (Acute Trusts, CMH Trusts, GP Practices, ICBs etc.) to transform how care is delivered and enabled by the Company product suite.
• A Transformation Manager independently leads the delivery of high-value pilots and contracts, transforming care delivery and building the case for wider adoption across the NHS. They work to establish playbooks in different areas and move our products from 0 to 1 to the 1 to many stage working closely with the Implementation team who run with playbooks at scale.
• Turn pilots into lasting impact. Lead complex pilots for products like Scribe, Patient Triage and Neighbourhoods, from planning and onboarding through to measuring success, proving ROI and building the case for wider adoption.
• Build relationships that unlock change. Partner with teams and senior leaders across the NHS, understanding their priorities and challenges, building trusted relationships and uncovering opportunities to expand Company’s impact.
• Help NHS teams get the most from Company. Deliver engaging demos, training and resources that build confidence and drive adoption, while turning what works into repeatable approaches that can scale.
• Bring the voice of the NHS into Company. Turn frontline feedback and real-world challenges into insights that shape our products and strategy, strengthen business cases and proposals, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
