- is changing the face of pasture-based ranching globally. Our product is complex, it sits at the intersection of hardware, software, animal behaviour, and real ranch operations, and the people who represent it need to know it inside out. You'll be part of the team that makes sure that's always true.
- Every customer-facing hire across Support, Onboarding, and GTM goes through a program your team owns, and your job doesn't stop there. You'll own their ongoing product knowledge too, making sure that as evolves, so does the capability of the people representing it. You'll build the content, run the sessions, assess competency, and stay close enough to the teams you support that you always know where the gaps are. Your job is to make sure our customer-facing people know the product so well that every rancher and their animals get the best experience possible.
- If you genuinely believe that how you train your people is how you treat your customers, and you want to own that at one of the most exciting and innovative companies in agtech, this role is for you.

- Build & Run the new starter training programme: A program covering all new customer-facing hires across Onboarding, Support, and GTM, including camps out on customer farms and at our R&D ranches. You need to be comfortable around cows. Like, actually comfortable.
- Own the seasonal training calendar: As ranching seasons change, so does what our teams need to know. You'll make sure the training program keeps pace, so our people are always ready for what's happening on farm.
- Build training content: Writing modules, building assessments and tests across the full product suite, from collar behavior to virtual fencing to app workflows.
- Get ahead of new product: Working with Product and Product Marketing ahead of releases so the training is ready when the product goes live, not after.
- Own the ongoing education: Making sure that as the product evolves, the teams' knowledge evolves with it. New features don't just get trained once and forgotten.
- Work with Customer Enablement: Staying close to what ranchers are asking and struggling with, and making sure our internal teams are more across the product as than the ranchers using it every day.
- Run competency assessments: With both new starters and existing team members, testing where they're at, and giving them straight feedback on where they're strong and where they need more reps.
- Stay close to the teams: Sitting in on support calls, joining ranch visits, talking to team leads, and figuring out where knowledge is actually breaking down, then feeding that back into the program.
- Keep the learning pathways current: Maintaining content and assessments as the product evolves. Outdated training is worse than no training.
- Use AI to make the human parts better. Figuring out where AI can handle the baseline so your time goes on the things that actually need a person.
- People are better for having been taught by you. You hold a room and make things click.
- You love the craft of teaching. You notice where someone's getting stuck and you adapt.
- You care about the impact on our customers, not just the programme.
- You're sharp on project management. You're running a training calendar across multiple teams and nothing slips.
- You're detail-driven. Your content is accurate, well-structured, and clearly thought through.
- You're a strong cross-functional collaborator. You'll be embedded across Support, Onboarding, GTM, Product, and Product Marketing and you build trust fast.
- You can turn a complex product workflow into training content people can actually use, in writing and in person.
- You're genuinely curious about how the product works and you chase the detail.
- You have an AI-first mindset and you're curious about how to use it to make training smarter.
- You're comfortable on ranch and around livestock. This is a hands-on role and you'll be getting out there regularly.
- You have a genuine interest in ranching and agtech. Our product touches hardware, software, animal behaviour, and farm operations and you need to find that interesting.
- You get stuff done.
- There's a reason you visit your friends in person, live with your family and don't do dinners over Zoom. Humans are wired for connection. We believe a world-class, in-person office culture is the best way for high-performing teams.
- Being office first is a core pillar of our culture. We believe in-person connections are key to driving your own growth, learning, impact, and building genuine long-lasting relationships. Strong relationships make it easier to disagree, give feedback, and do meaningful and aligned work. We don't like having heaps of rules or policies, but this means having strong, trusted relationships is critical.
- We're office first, not office only. This means working from the office everyday is our default setting, but we flex when we need to. We have a high-trust culture, so everyone is trusted to do what's best for .
