Contract role to evaluate resumes at scale matching candidates to project opportunities.

was founded on a simple belief that everyone deserves a path to a great career, regardless of where they went to school or who they know. Today, we power 25 million job seekers, 1 million+ employers, and 1,600 educational institutions.
In 2025, we started AI and built the fastest-growing AI data business in history. We work directly with frontier AI lab researchers to create evaluations, publish benchmarks, and push the boundary of data. We’ve grown from $0 to ~$1B run rate and pay ~$60M to over 30K individuals every month.

We’re looking for a fast, highly organized contract Resume Reviewer to help us evaluate candidates at scale. In this role, you’ll play a key part in matching our Fellows to project opportunities by reviewing a high volume of resumes per day, assessing candidate qualifications and fit, and making clear, confident judgements that align with client and project needs.
This is a high-throughput role. You'll be expected to hit daily review targets, keep pace with a fast-moving pipeline, and make sound calls quickly. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, but spend most of your time heads-down, screening candidates effectively and accurately.
