Lead performance and growth marketing to build and scale the paid acquisition engine for an AI Recruiting platform.
О компании
- AI is building an AI Recruiting Operating System - one unified platform for the talent organization, from first touch through evaluation and hire. Our flagship platform, Arbi, helps companies discover, engage, screen, and evaluate talent at scale using AI-native intelligence, automation, and data. We have invested deeply in the product. Now we are building the repeatable growth engine that brings it to market.
Обязанности
- We are hiring a Founding Performance Marketing Lead to own performance and growth marketing from the ground up. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who wants to build the machine - not inherit one.
- You will own the path from first impression to click to conversion to qualified pipeline to closed ARR. That includes paid acquisition, creative testing, landing pages, attribution, funnel instrumentation, conversion-rate optimization, audience discovery, and early product-led growth experiments.
- You will work directly with 's founders and partner closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations. You will have the autonomy to test quickly, scale what works, stop what does not, and turn learning into repeatable playbooks.
- 1. Build and scale the paid acquisition engine
- Launch, manage, and optimize acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, retargeting, and emerging channels. Personally manage meaningful media spend and make channel decisions based on pipeline quality, acquisition economics, and revenue - not vanity metrics.
- 2. Turn creative into a growth system
- Build a high-velocity testing engine across short-form video, UGC, founder-led creative, static ads, customer proof, use-case creative, case studies, and landing-page concepts. Develop a repeatable process for creative briefs, production, testing, learning, and iteration.
- 3. Own the conversion funnel
- Build and continuously improve the journey from ad to landing page to demo or trial to activation. Create and ship landing pages without waiting on a large web team, and work with Product and Design to remove friction from high-intent conversion paths.
- 4. Make measurement and attribution decision-grade
- Own campaign tracking, UTMs, pixels, events, conversion APIs, CRM campaign logic, attribution models, dashboards, and funnel reporting. Create a clear view of what is producing qualified pipeline, what is wasting spend, and where conversion is breaking down.
- 5. Run a disciplined experimentation program
- Design and execute continuous A/B and multivariate tests across hooks, creative, copy, audiences, offers, landing pages, CTAs, forms, demo flows, and channel mix. Maintain an experiment backlog and use data to decide what to scale, iterate, or kill.
- 6. Discover and codify our best audiences
- Identify the ICP signals, personas, use cases, pain points, messages, offers, and targeting strategies that consistently produce high-quality opportunities. Turn those findings into reusable audience and messaging playbooks for Marketing and Sales.
- 7. Help shape product-led growth
- Partner with Product and Revenue on activation, self-serve conversion, trial-to-paid pathways, in-product prompts, lifecycle nudges, and other early PLG loops that can complement the sales-led motion.
- 8. Automate for leverage
- Use AI, no-code/low-code tools, enrichment, workflow automation, and light scripting to increase testing velocity and reduce repetitive work. Build a marketing operating system that can test 20 thoughtful ideas where a traditional team might test two.
- A repeatable paid acquisition engine is producing qualified demand at increasingly predictable economics.
- Campaign-to-CRM attribution provides a credible view from spend through opportunity, pipeline, and revenue.
- Creative and landing-page experiments are shipping every week with documented learnings.
- has a clear picture of its highest-converting ICPs, personas, messages, offers, and channel combinations.
- Landing-page, demo/trial, and funnel conversion rates are improving through systematic experimentation.
- CAC and payback are understood by channel and audience, with clear thresholds for scaling spend.
- A measurable content and creative engine supports paid acquisition rather than operating as a separate activity stream.
- Marketing, Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations share a common funnel definition and growth scorecard.
- A documented growth playbook compounds as spend, headcount, and market coverage increase.
- Most performance marketing roles ask you to improve an existing engine by 10-20%. This role gives you the chance to build the engine.
- The campaigns you launch, audiences you discover, creative systems you create, attribution infrastructure you establish, and growth loops you uncover can define how acquires customers for years.

- Clicks, CTR, engagement, and reach matter only when they help explain the economics of acquiring customers and creating revenue.
- 4-8+ years of hands-on performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, HR Tech, recruiting technology, or another high-growth technology category.
- A track record of personally managing and scaling approximately $50K-$250K+ per month in paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, or comparable channels - and translating that spend into qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Deep hands-on experience inside ad platforms. You can build campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, creative tests, budgets, bids, and optimization logic yourself.
- Demonstrated ability to connect channel spend to downstream funnel performance, opportunity creation, pipeline, and ARR.
- Strong command of funnel economics, including CPL, CAC, LTV, CAC payback, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and marginal acquisition efficiency.

- Ability to move quickly from hypothesis to launch to data to insight to the next test.
- Strong written communication and the ability to translate customer pain into clear, high-converting messaging.

- Build at the moment growth becomes the priority. The product foundation is in place. The opportunity now is to build the acquisition engine that can turn strong technology into a category-defining company.
- Founding-level ownership. You will not be optimizing someone else's mature playbook. The systems, experiments, and operating cadence you create can become the foundation of 's future growth organization.
- Direct access to the founders. Work closely with company leadership with very little organizational friction between a strong idea and testing it in market.
- AI-native environment. You will market an AI company inside a team that expects AI to be embedded in how research, creative, analysis, automation, and decision-making get done.
- High autonomy with clear accountability. This is a high-trust role for someone who wants the freedom to move quickly and the responsibility to own measurable outcomes.
- A path to broader growth leadership. This role is designed to expand with results, with a fast path toward Head of Growth as the company scales.
- We value evidence of outcomes over polished marketing language. Strong candidates should be prepared to walk through campaigns they personally built, the economics behind them, what they tested, what failed, what they changed, and how those decisions affected pipeline or revenue.
- Introductory conversation focused on fit, ownership, and growth-stage experience.
- Deep dive into one or two performance programs you personally operated.
- Practical working session or case discussion focused on audience, creative, funnel, and measurement strategy.
- Final conversation with the founders on scope, operating style, and growth mandate.
