Commercial Solutions Engineer role involving technical partnership in sales and customer success for autonomous drone solutions.
О компании
- Commercial Solutions Engineering is the technical arm of 's commercial go-to-market motion. We sit between the customer and the product: translating industrial and security problems into deployable programs, proving capability in the field, and making sure 's products are integrated and flown at scale across sites that were never designed with drones in mind.
- Coverage is tiered by customer size rather than by territory, so the team is measured on technical win rate, trial and proof of concept outcomes, program expansion inside existing accounts, and the requirements we push back into the product organization.
- Solutions Engineers are critical members of the organization and work closely with Account Executives, Engineering, and Product to support deal progression, customer confidence, successful deployments, and the long-term success of commercial sUAS programs. Internally you are, in every sense, the voice of the customer.
