О компании

is the modern real estate listings platform built for agents to search smarter, collaborate better, and close deals faster. We are building the future of residential real estateʼs critical listings infrastructure: a platform where market research and client collaboration converge. Our modern architecture enables continuous innovation at a pace legacy systems cannot match, with AI-powered features and mobile-first capabilities designed for how agents actually work. As consumer expectations and technology evolve, remains focused on our core vision: empowering real estate professionals with the most intelligent, data-driven, and connected platform in the industry.
Backed by leading venture capital firms including Lux Capital and Founders Fund, along with strategic partnerships with some of the country's top Multiple Listing Services (MLSs), represents the first major new platform to enter the listings technology market in decades. This unique combination of institutional investment and deep industry alignment provides both the resources and market validation needed to transform the multi-trillion dollar residential real estate industry.
is expanding rapidly across the US, and every new MLS client brings a data source we haven't worked with before. Our Data Analytics Engineering team owns what happens next: understanding what is actually in that data, transforming it into our warehouse, and building the intelligence layer that sits on top of it. This summer, you'll work on that alongside our analytics engineers and data engineers, supporting both the MLS customers we serve today and the ones we're onboarding next.
Dedicated Mentor: You'll work 1:1 with an experienced analytics engineer who will provide mentorship and support your growth.
Real Ownership: Over 10 weeks, early June to mid August, you will choose and lead your own project, making key decisions along the way.
Fully In Person Experience: This is a full time, in-office internship based at our beautiful New York City HQ in Soho. You'll work on site five days a week and collaborate closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience in a fast paced, learning oriented environment.
Showcase Your Work: At the end of the summer, present your project to our executive and data teams.
Work on Real Data: Beyond your project, you'll contribute to models, tests, and dashboards running in production against live customer data.
NYC Perks and Fun: From team dinners to museum trips, immerse yourself in the greatest city in the world while working with an awesome team.

Обязанности

Understand New Data: Profile the data we are ingesting for new clients and partner with members of the broader engineering org to identify the most effective patterns for onboarding them into our standard reporting product.
Build and Ship: Extend the dbt models that transform raw MLS data into our warehouse, adding the tests and documentation the rest of the team depends on.
Build Intelligence: Strengthen the layer that sits on top of the warehouse, including metric definitions, semantic models, and the dashboards internal teams and customers rely on.
Own a Project: Take ownership of a summer project, making key modeling, tooling, and implementation decisions. Profiling and mapping a new non MLS data source is one strong candidate.
Collaborate and Learn: Partner with analytics engineers, data engineers, product managers, and customer facing teams to turn open questions into answers people can act on.
Deliver Impact: Work on scalable solutions from broadly defined problems and see your work in production.
Working familiarity with RDBMS storage systems and SQL, including joins, aggregations, and CTEs. You don't need window functions yet, but you should want to learn them.
Curiosity about where data comes from and what it represents, not just how to query it.
Attention to detail and an instinct for when something doesn't add up.
Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
Excitement to learn, grow, and build.
