- Culture doesn't move on its own. Someone sees the opportunity first. Someone structures the deal. Someone builds the partnership, protects the relationship, and turns an idea into value - for a client, for a brand, for an audience, for the business. UTA’s Internship Program gives students an inside look at how a global talent and entertainment company operates, while providing hands-on experience across the teams and functions that bring opportunities to life.
