- You'll make it possible for Teammate to automate every task in .
- Today a handful of automations exist and each one is expensive to build. The ambition is that every task a service provider repeats in their week has an automation that does it for them. Getting there takes two things at once, and this role does both.
- You'll build the platform : the authoring, execution and evaluation models that let any product team at ship an automation without first becoming AI specialists. Skill files, tool calls, and evals that make an automation measurably better over time.
- You'll also build on the platform : choosing the automations that matter most, shipping them yourself, and making them easy to find, enable and trust. Being the platform's hardest customer is what keeps it honest.
- Over time you'll open it up, so service providers create their own and the best ones spread to businesses like theirs.
- This suits someone equally at home in an architecture discussion and a customer interview.
Будет плюсом
- Experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, or evaluation and observability systems for AI.
