Full-time contract sourcer role to build candidate pipelines and run outreach in San Francisco office.

Rox is an AI-native B2B revenue intelligence company. We are a Series A startup under active construction. Seven months ago we were just under 60 people. Today we are closing in on 130. We move fast, we ship constantly, and we build with the same AI-native systems we sell to our customers.
Talent at Rox has been a team of one. That is about to change.
We are hiring a full-time contract sourcer to sit with us in San Francisco and create velocity while we hire the rest of the Talent team. This is a sourcing seat: build pipe, run outreach, and keep candidates moving. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Head of Talent.
Location: This role is based in our San Francisco office. You need to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.

Source and pipeline candidates end to end using AI-native tooling, LinkedIn, and creative channels — not just job boards
Own outreach volume and quality: personalized, fast, and on-brand
Keep Ashby clean: stages current, notes sharp, pipeline visible
Partner daily with our Head of Talent on priorities, targeting, and follow-through
Surface strong profiles with judgment, not spray-and-pray lists
Represent Rox in every candidate touchpoint as a face of the company

Required: proven sourcing experience — agency or in-house — with a track record of building real pipe, not vanity InMails
Comfortable as a contractor: high ownership, fast start, clear output
Operator first. You do not wait for perfect briefs. You ask, then you build.
High-impact outlier. You look for leverage everywhere and you are not precious about title or scope.
Amazing human above all. Rox is a small team doing a lot, and how you treat people matters as much as what you ship.
Comfort across modern recruiting tools: Ashby, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-native workflows
A track record of ownership, speed, craftsmanship, and learning velocity
Real pull toward Rox specifically. Between two similarly qualified candidates, the one who wants to be here wins.

Ashby, Slack, Notion, and a unique set of proprietary ai-native tools. (shhh)
At Rox, we evaluate for ownership, client obsession, craftsmanship, speed, pivot ability, collaboration, cross-functional impact, systems thinking, and learning velocity. We expect this role, more than any other, to embody that bar.
