Operate forklifts and handle material logistics in a metal supply technology company, ensuring safety and accuracy.

· Follow all OSHA and site safety protocols and hold your teammates to the same standard
· Operate forklifts to receive, stage, and move aluminum plate, bar, and rounds, we’ll train and certify you
· Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
· Receive inbound material and verify against purchase orders
· Package, label, and stage outbound shipments
· Record material movements in our software systems, accurately, every time
· Keep the floor clean, organized, and free of hazards
· Complete required safety training and certifications
· Learn the bandsaw and other metals equipment as you grow in the role
· Complete other tasks as assigned

- Weekdays, First Shift : Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Weekdays, Second Shift : Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM
- Weekends, First Shift : Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekends, Second Shift: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
· Committed to safety
· Experienced with forklifts or warehouse work, or a fast learner ready to get certified
· Attentive to detail, every load, every label, every shipment
· Coachable and curious about broader floor operations
· A team player with a good attitude
· Someone who takes ownership, if it is your shift, it is your responsibility
· Reliable and steady under pressure
· Comfortable with software, or willing to learn
· Organized and dependable
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate heavy equipment and be on your feet for a full shift with or without reasonable accommodation
· Not afraid to work outside normal hours when America demands it
