Responsible for implementing and optimizing Shopify landing pages and A/B tests to improve site conversion for a DTC wellness brand.
О компании
- is an AI engineering and talent company that partners with a small, highly vetted group of growing companies. We run the hiring process on behalf of our partners, so when you apply through Sierra you get a direct line to the team and a process that respects your time.
- Location: Brazil, remote (must overlap with US business hours, ET to PT)
- Compensation: $50k – $100k USD per year, DOE, plus a monthly health and wellness stipend
- Employment: full-time (40 hrs/week), dedicated to this role
- Reports to: Founder & CEO
- Our hiring partner is a fast-growing DTC wellness brand on a mission to help lactose-intolerant people enjoy dairy again, symptom-free. They have strong product-market fit, a loyal customer base with more than a thousand reviews, and double-digit month-over-month growth across their own store and Amazon.
- The team is small and lean: the founder, a Head of Growth, and a handful of specialists. Every improvement in site conversion goes straight into ad efficiency, so the person in this seat sees the impact of their work on revenue within weeks.
Обязанности
- This is a growth developer role. Most of your week goes into turning ideas into live pages and tests: taking a designed or AI-generated landing page and shipping it as a theme section with the buy box and tracking wired up, building test variants, running and reading A/B tests, fixing Core Web Vitals and technical SEO, and automating parts of content and static ad production.
- You'll work directly with the founder and the Head of Growth, with full ownership of the storefront and very little red tape. You'll be the only developer in this seat, building with your own hands, proposing experiments, and pushing back on ideas you don't think will convert.
- The top of the salary range is reserved for someone who can also own AI systems for content and ad creation (product photos, graphics, and static ad variations).
Будет плюсом
- Experience in health, wellness, or supplement DTC
- Ability to propose layouts and wireframes in Figma, beyond implementing a designer's files
- Interactive UX with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie), used with purpose
- Experience producing AI-generated content and static ads at scale
- Technical SEO work with and structured data for AI search
- We care most about evidence of outcomes, so the results you can show matter more to us than your years of experience.
Как откликнуться
- Intro call with Sierra (30 min). A conversation about your background, what you've shipped, and what you're looking for next. We'll also confirm your availability, any current side work, and salary expectations.
- Technical interview with Sierra (30 min). A conversation with one of our engineers about pages you've built, your tracking and testing setup, and how you work with AI tools.
- Paid take-home (about 4 hours). A work sample based on the real storefront, covering CRO strategy and a short hands-on Shopify coding exercise. You'll be paid for your time.
- Final interview with the founder. A conversation about your take-home, how you'd approach the first few months, and fit with the team.
- We aim to keep the whole process moving quickly and will keep you updated at every step.
