Recruiting Engineer to accelerate hiring processes in a high-growth AI company by sourcing candidates and improving recruiting tools.

- We're looking for a Recruiting Engineer to help our recruiting team move faster.
- This is a great entry point for someone who wants to learn how a high-growth startup actually works. You'll work across roles spanning Sales, Engineering, AI, Operations, Marketing, and leadership, getting exposure to different teams, levels, and problems across the business.
- You'll source exceptional people, help run candidate onsites, experiment with new recruiting tools, improve how we work, and jump into whatever will help us hire faster.
- You'll also build an incredible network along the way, meeting talented operators, engineers, salespeople, executives, and founders across the AI ecosystem.
- Find and engage great candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Research companies, industries, and talent markets
- Help run candidate interviews and onsite experiences
- Use AI, automation, and recruiting tools to make the team faster
- Keep recruiting processes organized and moving
- Work on roles across different teams and levels of seniority
- Jump into new projects wherever you can create leverage
