firmwarehardware integrationsystems engineering

Support the full product development cycle by integrating firmware and hardware in 3D printing systems at .

Do you want to change how the world creates?
At , we’re building the tools that make it possible for anyone to bring their ideas to life, from cutting-edge products to life-saving medical devices. Our 3D printing technology powers innovation at more than 50,000 industry leaders worldwide, including Apple, Google, Tesla, New Balance, and NASA. Together, we’re helping everyone design, prototype, and manufacture faster than ever before.
We’re a team of hands-on builders, engineers, and innovators reinventing how the world makes physical things. If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.

already has a substantial business selling 3D printers and resins to dental customers, who use our products for a wide spectrum of applications, from convenient in-office production of splints to sophisticated lab-based orthodontics.
This role involves supporting all parts of the product development cycle from early R+D to continuing engineering for shipped products. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with design teams to overcome cross-disciplinary problems and ensure that we ship quality products. If you’re eager to collaborate with other Systems Integration Engineers to support the full range of products, we want you as a Robotic Systems Integration Engineer .
Bring together the firmware and hardware of the subsystems into one system, bring prototypes through integration hell, and ensure that they work optimally as per requirements and deliver physical prototypes
Partner with system architect to create and document visual descriptions of systems and subsystems and their inputs and outputs.
Establish the interfaces between the sub-systems, define/refine control algorithms or even design sub-systems that are electro-mechanical in nature.
Take ownership of managing sub-system/system level requirements and track changes.
Design test plans to validate the requirements of subsystems/entire system, execute the tests and analyze the results.
Resolve systems issues to improve their performance or recommend corrective actions to the functional group.
