- As a Manager on the Corporate Development team, you'll help shape 's inorganic growth strategy by leading the execution of M&A transactions, strategic investments, and market landscaping efforts. This team partners directly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities that advance 's mission and business objectives. You'll drive deal execution end-to-end, develop competitive intelligence that informs company and product strategy, and build relationships across the crypto ecosystem to keep at the forefront of emerging opportunities.
- 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, top tier management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, private equity, or venture capital
- Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investment transactions end-to-end, including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
- BA/BS degree with deep intellectual curiosity for crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
