Обязанности
- We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant with Digital Banking expertise to support strategic transformation initiatives across our banking clients.
- You will work with senior client stakeholders to assess existing digital banking capabilities, identify strategic opportunities and gaps, evaluate future-state options, and translate these into clear recommendations and actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Depending on the engagement, this may include reviewing a bank's digital portfolio, customer propositions, channels, capabilities, operating model, technology landscape and market footprint, and defining how these should evolve to support future business priorities.
- This is a strategy and advisory-focused role rather than a traditional project delivery position. You should be comfortable working with ambiguous problems, structuring complex questions, conducting analysis, challenging existing thinking and communicating clear recommendations to senior executives.
